The anabolic effect of physical exercise on osseous tissue is related to mechanical effort, leading to the osteogenic response, which stimulates resident osteocytes through the production of signaling molecules that regulate bone remodeling activity by osteoblast and osteoclasts. The aim of the study is to study the changes in thehisto-morphometry of the femur bone and the role of bone formation, bone resolution, bone turnover biomarkers and osteocalcin in bone remodeling activity of exercise. A thirty adult healthy male rat, were selected. Animals were divided into three groups; the group (A)ofratsacted as an exercise sample. The control group, (B)) were kept under free movements without exercise. The group (C) was kept under restricted movements. The measurement of the weight, length, thickness, andhistology of the femoral bone was done. The ALP and osteocalcin blood levels showed a significant increase in value in the exercise group in comparison to the restricted movement group. The hydroxylysine blood level showed a significant decrease in value in the experimental (exercise group) in comparison to the restricted movement group. The RANKL showed a significant increase in value in the experimental (exercise group) in comparison tothe restricted group.
