Mechanism of work of the Studies, Planning and Follow-up Division

Database Unit

• Providing all scientific departments and branches with statistics on the number of lecturers and employees continuing in service and all vacations, retirees and transfers in terms of their ages, date of obtaining the job title, academic title and last promotion

• Providing the University of Nahrain with a book on human resources on a monthly basis

• Providing the General Retirement Authority on a monthly basis and in cooperation with the Accounts Division with a laser disk (CD) that includes all employees, retirees, transfers and dismissals with updated job information.

• Updating the statistical system (ONLINE) and annually for lecturers and employees.

Statistics Unit

• University Achievements Book for three months (ONLINE).

• Semester Activities Book every three months

• Annual Statistical Report Book

• University and Technical Statistics Every Year

• Planned, Completed and Published Research Every Six Months.

• The planning book, in cooperation with the database unit, is provided with updated job information for faculty and staff on a monthly basis.

• Preparing a structure and administration for the College of Medicine - University of Nahrain according to the instructions received from the university.

• Following up the government program with the directors of the programs for the College of Medicine - University of Nahrain and raising the achievement rates to the relevant departments at the university.
