As part of the community service and health awareness activities of the College of Medicine – Al-Nahrain University, Assistant Professor Dr. Nibras Alaa Hussein from the Department of Family and Community Medicine participated in organizing an educational and awareness seminar entitled: "Hemorrhagic Fever and Methods of Prevention." The seminar was held on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at the Martyrs of the Imams Bridge Hall – Directorate of Karkh Health, Third Division. The seminar aimed to raise public awareness about the dangers of hemorrhagic fever, its causes, modes of transmission, and preventive measures to limit its spread, particularly in light of current health challenges. This initiative reflects the College of Medicine's commitment to strengthening its community role and promoting health education as a key pillar in the prevention and control of communicable diseases.
