Under the esteemed patronage of the Dean of the College of Medicine – Al-Nahrain University, Professor Dr. Anees Khalil Nael, the Department of Family and Community Medicine organized a scientific workshop entitled: "Lung Function Testing for Workers in Industrial Sectors" The workshop took place at 11:00 AM on Monday, April 21, 2025, in the Department of Family and Community Medicine Hall at the college. The event hosted Professor Dr. Ali Abdul Ali Sahib, who delivered a scientific lecture addressing the importance of lung function testing in the evaluation, diagnosis, classification, and treatment of respiratory diseases caused by exposure to workplace pollutants, especially in various industrial sectors. This workshop is part of a series of scientific activities organized by the college, reflecting its ongoing commitment to promoting health awareness, occupational safety, and creating a safer working environment for employees across different sectors.
