The results showed that Zirconium Oxide nanoparticles have antibacterial activities on the isolates, the inhibition zone was 37 mm for Staphylococcus epidermidis, 10 mm for Staphylococcus aureus, 8 mm for Klebsiella spp.The antimicrobial activity of Zirconium Oxide nanoparticles against other bacteria was negative. Cefotaxime showed effectivity on the isolates, the inhibition zone for Staphylococcus epidermidis, Staphylococcus aureus and Klebsiella spp was 40, 9 and 8 mm respectively. Combination of Cefotaxime and Zirconium Oxide nanoparticles showed synergism effect against Staphylococcus epidermidis, Staphylococcus aureus and Klebsiella spp with inhibition zone 43, 11 and 10 mm, respectively. Fourier Transform Infra- Red (FT-IR) was done for Zirconium Oxide nanoparticles suspension alone, Cefotaxime suspension alone and zirconium oxide/Cefotaxime combination, this study found many active groups. The XRD analysis also was done for zirconium oxide nanoparticles, the result showed the bio crystallization on the surface of the zirconium oxide nanoparticles. The average particles size was about (29.8) nm.
